Modifiers

Each modifier is allowed two spaces; one contributed by each parent. If a dominant modifier is paired with a recessive only the dominant will show up but the rabbit is a carrier of the recessive gene and may pass it on instead of the dominant gene.

White Varieties

Pointed Whites (Himalayan) (c^h=Himalayan)

Body clean white. Marking color to be black, blue, chocolate or lilac. Color on nose, ears, feet and tail. Eyes have pink iris, red pupil. Toenails to be colored.

Agouti Pattern

(A = Agouti)

Wool color is banded. White or tan eye circles, inside of ears, under neck, under nostrils, underside of cheeks, belly and underside of tail.

Chestnut:

Bands of tan and slate. Surface color rich chestnut with black tipped guard hairs. Black ear lacing. Eyes brown.

Wild Gray:

Same as chestnut except on body, the slate blue band is predominant, giving overall dark slate affect with little tan or chestnut banding. Eyes brown.

Copper:

Sable:

Guard hairs over back and normal furred areas to be very dark rich sepia brown. Wool on head, ears, feet, upper side of tail and back to be medium to dark sable color, shading to lighter sable on chest, flanks, belly, and underside of tail. Eyes brown.

Dark Sable:

Same as sable except so very dark that color is almost black and shading is almost imperceptible. Eyes brown.

Smoke Pearl:

Guard hairs over back and normal furred areas to be dark smoky blue. Wool on head, ears, feet, upper side of tail, and back to be medium smoky blue, shading to lighter pearl gray beige on chest, flanks, belly, and under side of tail. Eyes gray.
